Purchasing AfricaTourVisa assistance does not make AfricaTourVisa the issuing authority for any visa, permit or travel authorization.

You should only purchase or use services where you are legally able to enter into the relevant transaction or are acting with appropriate authority for another person.
If you submit an application for another traveler, family member, employee or minor, you confirm that you have appropriate authority to provide the relevant information and request the service on that person's behalf.
Minors should not independently submit payment information, identity documents or visa applications without appropriate adult involvement.
4. AfricaTourVisa services
Services may vary by destination and availability.
Administrative assistance, application support, document review and guidance relating to available visa or travel-authorization processes.
Destination, entry, transport, accommodation, airport, safety and general travel-planning information.
Assistance with tours, itineraries and other travel arrangements where offered.
Hotel or accommodation support and related booking assistance where available.
Coordination of airport transfers, drivers, private transport or related services through available providers.
Supporting travel-document or invitation-related services where specifically offered.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that information provided to AfricaTourVisa is accurate, complete and current.
You should carefully verify information including:
- full legal name;
- nationality;
- date of birth;
- passport number;
- passport issue and expiry dates;
- travel dates;
- destination;
- purpose of travel;
- contact information;
- supporting documents;
- service selected;
- payment amount and currency.
Incorrect or incomplete information can lead to delays, additional charges, application problems, inability to provide the service or refusal by an external authority.
6. Applications and supporting documents
Where a service requires an application form or supporting documents, you agree to provide genuine and accurate information.
You must not knowingly provide:
- false identity information;
- forged passports;
- altered supporting documents;
- fraudulent travel information;
- information belonging to another person without authorization.
AfricaTourVisa may pause or decline a service where required information is missing, appears inconsistent or raises reasonable fraud or security concerns.
7. Visa and immigration decisions
AfricaTourVisa does not control whether a visa, eVisa, electronic travel authorization, permit or entry permission is approved or refused.
Official decisions remain with the relevant government authority.
Government authorities may request additional documents, conduct additional checks, change processing times or change eligibility requirements.
8. Payments and fees
Paid services may involve AfricaTourVisa service fees and, where applicable, government or third-party charges.
Customers should review the amount, currency and service summary before confirming payment.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges, security checks or transaction fees.
9. Service delivery
AfricaTourVisa begins delivering a service when the information, payment and supporting documents reasonably required to start the service have been received.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on:
- service type;
- customer response time;
- document completeness;
- payment confirmation;
- government processing;
- supplier availability;
- public holidays;
- technical conditions;
- circumstances outside reasonable control.

10. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service, work already completed, costs already incurred, third-party charges and applicable consumer rights.
Some services may become partially or fully non-refundable after processing begins, subject to applicable law.
A visa refusal or government delay does not automatically mean that AfricaTourVisa's service fee is refundable where the purchased support service has already been delivered or substantially performed.

You must not use AfricaTourVisa for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or technically harmful activity.

Travelers remain responsible for verifying requirements that are important to their individual journey.

17. Limitation of responsibility
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or restrict liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Subject to applicable law and the conditions governing the relevant service, AfricaTourVisa is not responsible for decisions or events outside its reasonable control, including:

- border admission decisions;
- airline decisions;
- supplier failures;
- government policy changes;
- travel disruption;
- customer-provided incorrect information;
- circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

18. Suspension, refusal or termination of service
AfricaTourVisa may suspend, refuse or terminate access to a service where reasonably necessary, including where:

- the service is being abused;
- security systems are attacked;
- staff or providers are threatened or harassed;
