How we handle requests
- Visa support: destination, nationality, travel dates and purpose are checked before document guidance is given.
- Payments: government fees and AfricaTourVisa service fees must be shown separately before checkout.
- Refunds and complaints: include your order reference, traveller name, destination and payment date.
- Escalation: unresolved support issues can be escalated by email with “Complaint” in the subject line.
