What decides transit permission in Somalia
Somalia transit permission should be checked for the traveler’s passport nationality, travel-document type, final destination and exact airport route. A published online visa system or visitor route does not automatically prove that airside transit is visa-free.

Mogadishu (MGQ) is a common international connection point. The secure-transfer arrangement can vary by airline, terminal and time of operation.
Airside assessment
Confirm that the traveler remains inside the international transit area, has an onward boarding route and does not need to collect checked baggage.
