Private fees and government fees
AfricaTourVisa service fees pay for private review and preparation. Embassy, immigration, application-centre, courier and biometric fees are separate.
Timing
For eligible cases, an initial document review may be completed within two business days after all requested information is received. Government processing is separate.
Revisions and refunds
Revision and refund eligibility depends on the work already completed and the agreed scope. Government fees and third-party charges are not controlled by AfricaTourVisa.
Data protection
Do not send full card details, account passwords or unnecessary sensitive records through unsecured channels.
Official information to verify
Confirm the current route through the destination immigration authority, official visa portal, embassy or consulate before submitting or paying.
