Pricing policy
Current public price
No fixed public price
A written quotation is supplied in EUR or USD after scope. It states currency, applicable taxes, deliverables, revision limit, payment method and validity period. No work should start until the traveller accepts that scope.
Process
Limitations
It does not guarantee sightings, migration location, weather, visas, health outcomes, permits, supplier availability, price or border access. It is not emergency, medical, legal or financial advice.
Unless separately agreed in writing, the service does not hold client money for travel suppliers and does not replace a licensed tour operator, immigration authority, clinician or insurer.
Payment, cancellation and privacy
The quotation identifies the account, payment schedule, currency, taxes and any bank charges. Use a traceable method and retain the receipt.
The accepted quotation states when research starts and what portion, if any, remains refundable after work begins. Supplier cancellation terms are separate.
Share only information needed to plan. Sensitive medical or passport data should go only through an agreed secure channel when genuinely necessary.
Service FAQ
No. There is no fixed public price. A written EUR or USD quotation is issued after the route, traveller count and requested deliverables are understood.
No. The planning service organises research and route questions. Supplier contracts and bookings remain between the traveller and the selected provider unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Any applicable tax is identified in the written quotation before payment. Do not infer tax treatment from a currency symbol or an earlier quote.
No. Wildlife, authority decisions, permits, weather, transport and supplier inventory can change. The service documents assumptions and alternatives but cannot guarantee them.
