The finder separates two questions that travelers often mix together: whether a person needs immigration authorization and which diplomatic mission can verify or process documents. A country may maintain an embassy in a political capital, a consular section in a different city, a non-resident accredited mission in a neighbouring country, or a visa application centre that only collects files.

Visa requirement check

The checker asks for nationality, residence, destination, travel purpose, passport type, stay length, entries and supporting residence permits. It does not reduce eligibility to destination country alone.

Concurrent accreditation and African diplomatic hubs

Not every government maintains a resident embassy in every applicant country. A mission in one capital may be accredited to several neighbouring countries, or applications may be routed through a regional hub. Major African diplomatic centres include Addis Ababa, Pretoria, Cairo, Rabat, Nairobi, Abuja and Accra, but the correct mission must always be confirmed through official sources.
